3. Seller Responsibilities

- Complete platform-generated deals through Truck Setu.

- Pay the agreed commission only after a successful sale.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should verify the vehicle before purchase and communicate through the assigned Business Partner for a secure experience.

5. Business Partner Responsibilities

Business Partners must act professionally, provide honest information, and follow company policies. Any misuse of customer or seller information may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Commission

Truck Setu does not charge sellers any advance listing fee. Commission is payable only after a successful deal completed through the platform.

7. Account Suspension

Truck Setu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraud, false information, abuse, policy violations, or attempts to bypass the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Truck Setu acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we verify sellers to the best of our ability, the final purchase decision remains the responsibility of the buyer.
